Third Party Administrator Designs customized plans; prepares plan and trust documents, including Internal Revenue Service submission packages, summary plan descriptions, election forms, actuarial calculation, conduct compliance testing, employee communications, governmental filing forms; coordinates with plan sponsor's accountant, attorney, financial advisor and consulting service providers.
